Vacation

I finally took a vacation.  A whole week off from work.  I didn’t get as many things done as I wanted to, but it was still a lot of fun nonetheless.  Got the apartment cleaned up, even scrubbed down the bathroom and the kitchen, which really needed it.  I had Kyle and his girlfriend over and we played DnD, which was the most fun I had in awhile.

I spent a couple days up in Michigan visiting my mother.  It’s a nice small town up there and Zai loved it.  She wants to go back soon and visit some of those small restaraunts downtown.

I wanted to get some writing done, but for one reason or another, I never really got around to it.  After cleaning I didn’t feel like doing much of anything, and it just went downhill from there.  I have Zai encouraging me to pick up the pen again, so I just might do that this weekend.
