Experimenting

I’m trying out new site designs.  I might go back to the old design, not too sure yet.  Be sure to let me know what you think either in the comments or in the forums!  The one I have at the time of this writing is like a newspaper print theme.  I haven’t decided if I like it yet or not.

Zel-kun out.

This one doesn’t have enough flashiness to it… The old one might have been overdoing it, but this one is underdoing it. heh.

Well, here’s another. I think I like it. Well, I hate the color scheme, but that can be changed. If only I know more HTML.

And another… the color scheme isn\’t AS bad, and unlike the previous one, I can still have multiple page catagories… But I think I see a problem in commenting. When I reach the end of this box, I start typing BEHIND the damn site menu. Beautiful… well, the search continues.

Hmm, and still another. I REALLY like this one. But I need to change that banner. Because I don’t like a giant bridge and ‘vSlider’ at the top of my site.

  5. Sabrejack Says:

vSlider is nice.. the logo graphic at the top is pretty easy to change. You may also want to check the bottom — it claims your site is under an Attribution creative commons license which basically means they can use your work as long as they attribute your parts of the work.

  6. Zel-kun Says:

Hmm, I would think that pertains to the site design. Not my writings, right?

  7. Sabrejack Says:

As it stands currently, it applies to your content. This theme is from a site that releases its content under a Creative Commons license and it looks like they left the CC logo in. You’ll want to take that logo out. The IRUI VSLIDER 2.0 at the bottom right should be enough to count as “attribution” for the CC2.5 license, but if not, check out my current site for an end-of-page attribution that works well.

I liked the way you used to have it!
change it back or i’ll …i’ll…um….do something you might not like, as soon as I can figure out what!
    =P
