I called around last time I got sued and they wanted me to being $500 in just to talk and get things started. ANd you know you get eaten if you go to court without lawyers. SO... no justice for the poor or moderately incomed, basically. It's hard because Mario can just repost them, but it's still a principle of the thing. It's worth noting that the people unhappy with Mario were being ragged on pretty hard on him and I know they had both tried to talk to him about it and calm him down in the comments section. One of them is just recovering from a very severe illness and is a sort-of friend of mine, too. So things are a little murkier than they look. Yeah.
