		<description>This sounds odd, but check the peripherals such a keyboard, mouse, and especially the monitor.  If you made a new machine but re-used the old parts, one of those parts could be giving you problems.  Make sure his video drivers are the most recent possible, too.

I don't have to remind you of the monitor that crashed our nVidia drivers on boot-up.</description>
