And apparently SOMEONE agrees with you, Mohawk, I mean, they wouldn’t keep making that garbage if someone didn’t like it.

Maybe if you post again you could explain WHY you like it, maybe there’s a point to their humor we’re missing.

Tim & Eric is just horrible, along with assy magee. Family Guy is on 3 networks, 6 times a day- ENOUGH!

Put any show on after Family Guy and it gets ratings- once people get tired of Family guy adult swim is over.

I had to give up on adult swim, and what happened to the anime?

And Denis Leery is ok. I liked his jokes better the first time though- When Bill Hicks told them.

I was a huge fan of Adult Swim, and I am also a huge fan of Seth Green. His work is fantastic, and probably the only real reason to watch AS anymore. The thing that drives me crazy is that someone somewhere finds this crap funny. High, stoned, Drunk, Dying, This crap is not funny. Mitch Hedberg, Eddie Izzard, Denis Leary, Jim Gaffigan, These men are all funny. In reference to Odenkirk and the rest of the dudes involved with Mr. Show, that show was about as funny as G Dub becoming president for a second term. I have written funnier bits and programs while on the radio in college, as a freshman I might add. AS needs to wake the F#*$ up and put on more stuff like Metalocalypse, Oblongs, Robot Chicken, ATHF…etc…hell Ill even take Greg The Bunny over anything made by Tim and Eric.

I work a night shift in a control room setting and usually put the TV on Adult Swim at the first chance. I leave the TV on this channel most of the night, even if I am not watching it, and coworkers find the it amusing when they have the time to sit down for a while. However I actually change the channel when 12oz Mouse, Tim & Eric, and Xavier come on, many times never switching back the rest of the night. What is supposed to funny about “12oz Mouse”? “Tim & Eric” is just plain retarded and embarrassing! Was Xavier created on little Johnny’s desktop while playing SIMS that was purchased at BIG LOTS?

I have to admit that actually liked “Stroker and Hoop”. That was one of the funnier shows. Especially the one where Ron Howard has a mind control devise.

I cannot understand how they could cancel S&H and keep and expand the T&E franchise. I suppose that Adult Swims next act will be to cancel “Venture Brothers” so as to have more money and airtime for Tim & Eric.

I could not agree more on this subject. After seeing this travesty of focus group logic for the third time, I decided to have a look around the internet to find out if I was alone in my thinking that the producers of “Tim & Eric Awesome Show Great Job” were complete retards. Thanks to several well articulated postings, I feel somewhat vindicated. I consider myself to be a forgiving and well rounded critic of the upper echelon of television comedy. I believe that shows like Family Guy, Robot Chicken, A.T.H.F. and Futuramma are some of the most imaginative and entertaining shows available these days. This recent trend of campy crap such as: “Saul of the Mole Men” and afore mentioned “Tim & Eric….. Show” IS JUST NOT FUNNY AT ALL!!! In fact… I am completely confident that at least 1 out of any 10 people you meet on the street would be capable of creating a more entertaining show, with no production experience at all. I personally found solace in fantasizing about going to the T&E studio during taping and personally gunning down everyone responsible. When in court, facing multiple murder charges, I would simply tell the judge that: ”The people of America refuse to allow TV to suck that much.”

Actually these guys both have connections to big names in the stand up/comedy circles. AS probably gives them whatever they want in the hopes that when Bob Odekirk or David Cross want to do something like Mr. Show again that they will get it through the favor chain. Adult swim seems to think that ATHF Brak show etc.. means that ANYTHING stupid and silly will make them money (they miss the key ingredient of either talent or luck in the mix) so they just shotgun us with utter crap and hope that something will sell DVD’s after the fact. I actually thought squidbillies was mildly funny (kill whitey day actually had me gasping for air a few times)

But as for Tim and Eric…

I could run naked into a funeral parlor and in front of the mourning family, rip open the coffin and plunge a stake into chest of the recently deceased, all the while screaming “Kill the vampire, kill the vampire!” and I would have committed less of a social faux pas than leaving the TV on during an episode of anything that Tim and/or Eric are even remotely associated with.

Wow, nice to see legitimate comments on old posts!

Honestly, I almost never watch adult swim anymore. Even Discovery has fallen by the wayside with it’s constant ‘Blue Planet’ re-runs and people climbing Everest.

Tim & Eric are as retarded as ever, I think they have like… almost the entire lineup now. So sad.
